Admission Process
Admissions offered in the academic year 2025-26. Garden City Public School offers admissions
to Pre-Nursery, L.K.G., U.K.G. and Grades 1 to 10 subject to the availability of seats & eligibility.
Note :- We assign only 35 students for a section.
(Main teacher-1, Assistant teacher-1 and Ayah-1 for each section)

I Prospectus & Admission Form
Prospectus & admission form can be obtained from school office on payment prescribed by the institution.
II Documents to be produced at the time of admission :-
- For class up to I, original birth certificate along with a photocopy of the same.
- For class II and above, original T.C. countersigned by the competent authority and report card of previous academic session.
- Copies of passport size photograph.
- Migration Certificate for the students coming from other states.
- Student's Caste Certificate
- Student's Aadhaar Certificate
- Parents' Aadhaar Certificates
- Student's Aadhaar Certificate
- Parents' Aadhaar Certificates
- Note: Mere taking application and prospectus does not guarantee admission.
III Fee Rule :-
All payment should be either in Cash or by Demand Draft in favour of
"Secretary, Garden City Public School".
- In case, the fee is not paid in time, a fine of Rs. 5.00 per day will be levied.
- Fee once deposited will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- Transfer Certificate is issued only after all the dues (including Rs. 25/- for issue of certificate) are settled.
- Bonafide certificate/other certificate will be issued on payment of Rs. 25/-.
